Black Forge Industries is a shared vision brought to life by husband and wife, Jamie, and Erica—a place where gothic creativity and mechanical ingenuity come together. Erica’s love of skulls, gargoyles, and dark décor inspires our Home & Garden collection, while Jamie’s passion for tools and practical design shapes Black Forge Mechanical. Through 3D printing, we’re turning our ideas into pieces for your home, garden, and workshop or out in the field busting knuckles. Every design we release goes through multiple iterations before it ships. We test for fit, finish, and durability. We print in small batches so we can maintain quality control on every single piece. We’re a small business building something together, one creation at a time. As our collections grow, our goal stays the same: to make distinctive pieces with character and purpose. How We Work

Design
Every piece starts as a CAD model. We iterate through multiple versions, testing proportions, tolerances, and structural integrity before a single gram of filament or resin is used.

We print on calibrated FDM machines using high-quality PETG, ASA, and PLA filaments. Layer heights and infill are tuned per product for the best balance of strength and surface quality.

Finish
Printed parts are inspected, support-cleaned, and finished by hand. Select pieces receive post-processing for smoother surfaces or enhanced detail.
